  • easy care.

The main disadvantages of the profiled sheet include:

  • lack of sound insulation;
  • poor resistance to mechanical stress;

Installation work on installing gates from corrugated board begins with clearing and subsequent marking of the territory. Initially, we determine the location of the posts. Next in level, we stretch the nylon thread, which passes through the centers of future holes. Then we proceed to the main stage:

  1. With the help of a garden drill, we make a depression in the ground. Its depth is on average 1.5 m. In some cases, a jackhammer may be needed. If a shovel is used for work, then the width of the hole becomes larger, at the same time, the amount of concrete mix required for pouring increases.
  2. At the bottom of the pit we fall asleep a pillow of crushed stone and sand up to 30 cm thick, well-tamped. With strong shrinkage, pour a little more building material.
  3. At the bottom of the hole we build a support. It must be prepared, coated with a protective primer, painted. We fill the free space around it with stones, pieces of old concrete. This reduces the volume of the solution.
  4. We align the rack in level, support it from different sides with bricks, cobblestones, if necessary, weld special jumpers.
  5. In a concrete mixer or manually knead the mortar, at the rate of 1: 3: 6 (cement, sand, gravel).
  6. We fill in concrete mix. We leave the foundation for a week so that the concrete sets well. Periodically, every two to three days, the surface can be moistened with water so that no cracks appear on it.

For these purposes, you can use corners, pieces of a round pipe, reinforcement. We put locks. There are overhead, mortise, electromagnetic models. In a limited area, it is impossible to install the usual swing gates. In this case, a solid construction made of corrugated board with a sliding mechanism can save the situation. It is easy to manufacture and install, allowing you to rationally use the space. By the principle of operation, the device resembles a sliding wardrobe. The barrier web moves along the fence to the side and is fixed in a certain position by the support beam. Movement can be manual or automatic.
